Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made after this window will be considered a last-minute cancellation. Last-minute cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service—in addition to the deposit placed upon booking, applied to the card on file. If the charge is unsuccessful, the client will be required to pay the fee before booking any future appointments. No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total, also applied to the card on file. Future bookings will not be allowed until the balance is paid in full.
